UNIDO, The United Nations Industrial Development Organisation works with developing countries and economies in transition, working towards improving living conditions in the world’s poorest countries by drawing on its combined global resources and expertise.
Felt won a global pitch in December 2015 to create the new brand for NiNAS – The Nigeria National Accreditation Service which UNIDO is helping to establish and then hand over to the Nigerian Government to run. NiNAS is one of the key components of the bigger Nigerian Quality Infrastructure Project (NQIP).
Nigeria currently does not have an accreditation body that allows for the export of goods, the purpose of NINAS is to be the body that will provide credible and cost-effective accreditation with international recognition, allowing the development of goods that can be exported from Nigeria and West Africa internationally.
Provided with a brand proposition from UNIDO we interpreted this establishing a logo and visual language that allowed a marketing strategy to be created to generate demand and awareness for NiNAS.
